Mineral Makeup Brushes

You may buy the best mineral makeup, but if you don’t have a good set of makeup brushes, you won’t be able to get the flawless finish you are looking for. Here are some of the must-have brushes in your makeup kit.

Kabuki Brush - Kabuki brushes are short and dense brushes which hold the mineral makeup and help you buff the powder in to your skin. You also get a mini Kabuki brush, ideal for touch-ups on the go or when you are traveling. If you don’t have a Kabuki brush, you can use a blush brush as an alternative.

Concealer Brush - This is a brush with a long handle and stiff (but soft) hair. A concealer brush is really handy when you want to apply the minerals on specific spots on your skin. If you don’t have a concealer brush, an eyeshadow brush or an angled brush is a good alternative.

Six Piece Brush Kit

If you are new to mineral makeup, you can buy a brush kit to start with. A brush kit is an inexpensive way to get all the brushes you need. Our six piece brush kit include a blush brush (can be used instead of a kabuki brush), lip brush, eyeshadow brush (can be used instead of a concealer brush), eyeshadow applicator and a shader brush.

If you travel a lot, you can also consider refilliable brushes. Refillable brushes are like a blush brush which has a container to hold the mineral makeup. You can load the mineral makeup on the brush by tapping the handle of the brush. These brushes are a little more expensive.
